PURPOSE:To cover the deterioration in locking function, even if a key is acquired by the third party, by providing a detection means such as microswitch built in a lock and/or a door of an exit, starting a device recording a picture around inlet and exit doors and picture recording a burglar or the like. CONSTITUTION:When the lock is unlocked with the key, the microswitch 1 is turned on, a generated unlock signal 1a is fetched to a contact interface 2, converted into a start command signal 2a, which starts a VTR4. Then, the picture around inlet and outlet doors picked up with an ITV5 is recorded on said VTR4. On the other hand, the unlock signal 1a of the microswitch 1 is inputted also to a clock circuit 3 the clock operation is started. When a preset time from the unlocking is counted, a stop command signal 3a is generated and the signal 3a stops the picture recording operation of said VTR4. |
