PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident by transmitting a photographed image of a vehicle, exceeding a fixed speed, which is photographed by a vehicle speed monitoring device to a data receiving display device mounted on a police car, immediately tracing the speed-limit exceeding vehicle, and stopping it as soon as possible. SOLUTION: According to photography spot information on the traveling vehicle and up/down lane information, the police car which is most suitable for the tracing of the traveling vehicle is automatically selected by a central device or control machine and the information is transmitted to the police car, so that the traveling vehicle can be arrested as soon as possible.
