PURPOSE:To perform comfortable driving by switching periodically among the selected direction and other blow out directions except for the defrost direction until the heater capability is increased to a predetermined value or more and the room temperature reaches a predetermined value provided that the blow out directions other than the defrost blow out direction are selected. CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch 31 is turned on and a mode switch 23 is selected at a foot mode, the blow out mode becomes a defrost mode if a water temperature switch 18 is at a predetermined temperature or less, and a fan 2 is operated at a low speed. Next, when the water temperature is increased to the predetermined value or higher and before the room temperature reaches the predetermined value of a temperature switch 19, the blow out mode is changed periodically among the foot mode, high level mode, or face mode, thus increasing the room temperature rapidly. When the room temperature reaches the predetermined value, a timer relay 30 is turned off and the blow out direction is fixed at the foot mode. Accordingly, the glass frost is prevented and also the room temperature is increased uniformly and rapidly, thereby safe and comfortable driving can be performed. |
