PURPOSE:To eliminate the arrangement of a resistance at the outside of a coil and comprise a resistive winding to the coil without increase of external dimensions by providing a resistive winding corresponding to an external resistance to a part of an I type core, supplying a resin such as the epoxy regin and hardening said resin. CONSTITUTION:An E type core 1 and I type core 1' consisting of a laminated core are previously integrated with a resin case 4 and the primary coil 2 wound around the primary spool 2' is provided on the center leg 1a of E type core 1 and moreover the secondary coil 3 is combined at the external circumference of said primary coil. The resistive windings 81, 82 corresponding to external resistance are wound dividingly at the right and left sides on the I type core 1', the primary coil 2 and resistive windings 81, 82 are connected in series, and a terminal 10c is also provided for short-circuitting the resistive windings 81 and 82 at the time of starting the engine. After these are all assembled, a resin 5 such as epoxy resin is supplied into the resin case 4 integrated with the E type core 1 and then it is hardened through the heat processing. |
