Adhesives is coated on necessary portions of the rolled strip with an adhesive coating unit 60, then it is activated with a high frequency heating unit 70. Next, the strip is passed through a dice 80, where a weather strip main bodies 21a, 21b are formed by extrusion, and the sun frost forming a synthetic resin layer 7 is molded in the cross section shape of a layer 7. Urethane series coating liquid is coated on the surface of the layer 7 with a roll coating unit 90.
