摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature high-frequency coil and a system for the applications of nuclear magnetic resonance. SOLUTION: The cryogenic high-frequency coil (RF) coil for nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) includes a composite multilayer structure, including the inside layer of a normal metal whose both sides are covered with an outside layer made of annealed high-purity aluminium. Magnetic susceptibilities of the inside and outside layers have mutually reverse signs, and the thickness of each layer is selected, so that the composite structure has effective magnetic susceptibility equal to the magnetic susceptibility of its periphery (vacuum or support material). The inside layer can have resistivity and magnetic resistance higher than that of the outside layer. The cryogenic coil can be imparted a comparatively high Q-value by using the annealed high-purity aluminum as the outside layer.
