PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an antivibration device compact and improve the antivibration effects in the antivibration measures taken for the microphony of a television set. SOLUTION: A bracket 11 is positioned in back of a loudspeaker 14 and is so structured that antivibration rubber bushes 12 can be installed at the center of gravity position of a loudspeaker block 1. A gasket 141 of the loudspeaker 14 is wound with sponge 13 which overhangs forwardly. When applying an adhesive to the sponge 13, the part overhanging the gasket 141 is not applied with the adhesive, so as to prevent attachment of the sponge 13 to a cabinet 2. The sponge 13 and the cabinet 2 are pressure-bonded by several points, rather than by the entire surface of the sponge.
