PURPOSE:To improve the sealing performance of a control valve to the outside of the valve, by constituting an upper cap section by an inner cap and an outer cap, and introducing a control fluid into a pressure chamber defined between the above two caps at a pressure lower than the pressure inside the valve but higher than the pressure outside the valve. CONSTITUTION:An upper cap section required to have fluid sealing performance to the outside of a control valve is composed of an inner cap 33 and an outer cap 37, and an extraction pipe 43 and a pipe 44 are connected to a pressure chamber 39 defined between the two caps 33 and 37 to introduce a control fluid into the pressure chamber 39 at a pressure lower than the pressure inside the valve but higher than the pressure outside the valve. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to prevent deformation of the caps and lowering of the clamping force of bolts. Therefore, the sealing performance of the valve to the outside thereof can be improved. |
