PURPOSE:To realize control of driving power transmission through only controlling a driving direction of a regular/reversing motor by providing a driving power transmission device capable of transmission by use of a one direction clutch, on a machine equipped with a carriage mechanism for a document of a duplicator and the like and also a recording sheet. CONSTITUTION:When a regular/reversing motor 1 drives a toothed wheel 3 so as to rotate in the direction of an arrow B, each toothed wheel is rotated in the direction of an arrow of solid line, and counterclockwise rotation of a toothed wheel 13 is interrupted by means of a one direction clutch 14, therefore, a recording paper carriage roller is not rotated. On the other hand, clockwise rotation of a toothed wheel 4 is interrupted by means of a one direction clutch 5, however, since clockwise rotation of a toothed wheel 7 is transmitted to a toothed wheel 9 by means of a one direction clutch 8, a toothed wheel 10 is rotated counterclockwise, and a document is carried in the direction of an arrow F by means of a reading carriage roller 11. If a recording paper carriage roller 15 makes an induced counterclockwise rotation, at the time of this transmissive operation mode, this rotation can be easily prevented by installing on the roller 15 a one direction clutch or a brake to prevent reversion. |
