<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage due to excessive pressure, yield of permanent strain and poor detection, by providing a layer of a low melting point material on the surface of a nest, heating the layer, applying excessive pressure on a pressure receiving film, thereby forming the shape of the surface of a layer. CONSTITUTION:A waveform 22, which has the approximately same shape as a concentric waveform 21 and is lightly deeper than the surface of the waveform 21, is formed on the final finished surface of a nest 2 in approximately parallel with the waveform 21. Then an alloy having a relatively low melting point, a thermosetting resin, or the like is coated, and a layer 23 is formed. Then the periphery of a pressure receiving film 1 is welded and fixed to the periphery of the front surface of the nest 2 in a hermetically sealing mode and the part is pushed by a pushing plate 3. Thereafter the device is heated to a temperature, which is lower than the fixing temperature of the receiving film 1 and slightly higher than the melting point of the material which forms the layer 23. Then the excessive pressure is applied to the pressure receiving film 1 in order to bend the pressure receiving film 1. When the surface of the layer 23 becomes the shape of the deflected film 1, the device is cooled.</p> |
