PURPOSE:To confirm the light emitting state of a destaticization lamp only by opening a cover, and to shorten an operation time by allowing light transmitted through a light transmitting means provided to the holder for the destaticization lamp to pass through even the opening of a main frame. CONSTITUTION:A rubber grip 4 fitted to one end of the destaticization lamp serves the holder for attaching and detaching the destaticization lamp to and from a power source part. The opening 5 provided to the rubber grip 4 of destaticization lamps 6 and 7 arranged adjacently to a photoreceptor 8 is on the side of the openings 12 and 13 of the main frame 11 of a copying machine. Since the inside of a tube is seen through the opening 5, its transmitted light is detected to confirm the light emitting state of the destaticization lamp and the front cover 14 is only opened to check fault of the destaticization lamps 6 and 7 easily. |
