PURPOSE:To judge the cause of vibration instantly in online mode, when the vibration of a rotary shaft or a bearing mount is detected, the result is converted into an electric signal, and power spectrum is analyzed, by performing bispectrum analysis. CONSTITUTION:The output of a shaft vibration gage 4 or a bearing mount vibration gage 5 is amplified and inputted into a power spectrum analyzer 9 by a switch. When the power spectrum, wherein a lateral vibration component whose frequency corresponds to 1/2 the numbr of rotation of a rotary body becomes large, is obtained in a power spectrum recorder 10, the switch is operated. Then the output of an amplifier 6 is inputted into a bispectrum analyzer 11. The bispectrum value obtained by the analyzer 11 is inputted into a discriminator 13 and displayed on a display devices 14 or 15. |
