PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device of a concrete structure and a joint structure of the concrete structure facilitating the joint of a segment or the like and increasing earthquake resistance. SOLUTION: When a rigid piece 1b of a positioning member 1 is fitted in a recess section Sb by approaching the concrete structure SB to the other concrete structure SA mounting the positioning member 1 by screwing a male screw 3a of a joint rod 3 into a nut member 7, the positions of both concrete structures SA and SB are made to gradually coincide with each other by cooprating operation of the outside of the rigid piece 1b and the inside of the recess section Sb coming into contact with the outside thereof and, at the same time, a male type locking engaging 3b is projected from the center hole 1bo by compressing of an elastic piece 1c to engage with a female type engaging tooth 5b of a fixed member 5. Then, a projection 5c is pushed into a diameter widened groove 3c to widen a diameter of the male type engaging tooth 3b, and it is surely engaged with the female type engaging tooth 5b. By the constitution, joint work can be quickly carried out. Since the elastic piece 1c in a compression state absorbs shock, earthquake resistance is improved.
