PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make regenerable stream data even if the transfer speed of a communication line between a user terminal 100 and a contents server 120 is not so high. SOLUTION: A cash server 110 is connected to the user terminal 100 through a communication line transferable at a data transfer speed necessary for regeneration of stream data or more, and the stream data are preliminarily transferred from the contents server 120 to the cash server 110. When a transmission request for specifying the stream data is given from the user terminal 100, it is judged whether the stream data corresponding to this transmission request are preliminarily pre-stored in the cash server 110 or not, and when the data are pre-stored, the stream data corresponding to the transmission request are transferred from the cash server 110.
