<p>An apparatus for depositing a dusting agent to an inside wall of a tubular film (1) comprises a detector (26) for detecting the speed of the tubular film (1), a transmitter (23) for emitting a signal through the tubular film (1) to an internal space (8) defined by the tubular film (1), an electric circuit for setting the signal to be emitted from the transmitter (23) according to the detected signal by the detector (26), a receiver (22) for receiving the signal emitted from the transmitter (23) in the internal space (8), an electric motor (14) whose rotational speed is controlled by signal received by the receiver (22) and means (19, 21, 18) for scattering the dusting agent upon rotation of the electric motor (14).</p> |
