<p>PURPOSE:To make the separate provision of a cam ring unnecessary because of a constitution making the capacity thereof variable by a method wherein a distribution shaft, having suction and discharging ports communicating intermittently with a cylinder bored in a rotor, is operated to rotate. CONSTITUTION:The distribution shaft 32 is formed with the suction and discharging prts 35, 36 which are communicating intermittently with the cylinder 4 bored in the rotor 3 while the ports 35, 36 are communicated with suction and discharging ports 40 through communicating paths 37, 38 (not shown in fig.). When discharging and suction paths 42 are under a low pressure, the rotating angle theta of the distributing shaft 32 becomes maximum and the capacity of a hydraulic motor becomes minimum, however, when pressure oil is supplied to one of the suction and discharging paths 42 and the pistons 5 are displaced upwardly, the distributing shaft 32 is displaced into a direction reducing the rotating angle theta thereof and the capacity of the hydraulic motor becomes maximum.</p> |
