PURPOSE:To prevent adverse influences due to environmental conditions and aging, by controlling a fuel injection timing such that an ignition timing detected by a flame sensor provided in the combustion chamber coincides with required ignition timing. CONSTITUTION:A flame sensor 1 is utilized to detect an actual ignition timing. A required ignition timing is calculated by ECU3 from the map of two dimensions. A difference between an actual ignition timing and a required one is utilized to drive a timer electromagnetic valve 19. This arrangement can make it possible to feedback and control a detection result by the flame sensor 1 so that an actual ignition timing may coincide with a required one which is determined according to an engine speed and load. In this manner, an influence exerted by aging, etc. can be reduced. |
