PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a commutator part, and fit and connect a varistor with high workability. SOLUTION: Each rotor pole is constituted by a winding around a layering core, and both ends of a wire for each of the windings are connected with commutator leg parts connected with one end of the commutator, corresponding to the commutator part. Each of the leg parts of the commutator comprises a base part substantially perpendicularly extending in the outward direction in the radial direction from one end of the commutator and connected with one end of the commutator, and a front end tapered with a step for connecting the wire end of the winding. The hollow disc-shaped varistor is disposed on the base part of the commutator leg parts, and respective electrodes of the varistor are soldered with the corresponding base parts. The commutator leg parts are cut off from a flat base metal to be reeled, and fixed at one end of the commutator. |
