PURPOSE:To utilize the homeothermism and heat quantity of underground water without pumping underground water up by immersing and installing a heat exchanger in water in a well reaching an underground aquifer. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger 2 is installed immersed in water in the well 1 dug down up to the underground aquifer, a feed-in pipe 4 and a delivery pipe 3 for a fluid and disposed into the well 1 from the surface of the earth, and the lower ends of the pipes are each connected to the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger 2. A feed-in pump 5 is set up to the feed-in pipe 4. The feed-in pump may be set up to the delivery pipe 3. Respective other ends of the feed-in pipe 4 and the delivery pipe 3 are connected to a ground facility 6. The ground facility 6 consists of a device such as a water sprinkler for thawing snow on a road surface and a device such as a water collecting tank, which collects water from the sprinkler and circulates and uses it. In a thawer for said road surface, water at approximately 3 deg.C on the ground entering the heat exchanger 2 in underground water through the feed-in pipe 4 from the water collecting tank is subject to heat from underground water up to approximately 8 deg.C, reaches a temperature usable for thaw, and is forwarded on the ground through the delivery pipe 3 and used. Accordingly, the heat quantity or homeothermism of underground water can be utilized without causing trouble accompanied by the pumping-up of underground water. |
