PURPOSE:To prevent such welding failure as arc cutting, bead snake motion, etc., by winding a welding wire so as to have a specified winding way, and energizing its turn so as to direct it toward the inside face of the outside cylinder, without making it contact with the inside cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In case of winding a welding wire 2 to a pail pack vessel 1, the welding wire 2 is wound so as to have a wire winding way which is at least two times or more of the inside diameter of an outside cylinder 8. Also, the turn is performed so that it does not contact with an inside cylinder 9, also is energized so that it is directed toward the inside face of the outside cylinder 8, and the winding is executed like overlapped flower winding. Accordingly, when drawing out the welding wire 2 from the pail pack vessel 1, twisting of torsion reaction force of the open side in a torch is reduced, the feeding point is stabilized, and accordingly, arc cutting and bead snake motion are prevented. |
