A drilling machine includes a winch which supports a work platform in the desired position in the well and there is a distance sensor to fix the position in the well. To control the drilling machine, there are speed regulators. The position of the work platform, relative to an end point, is transmitted to the speed regulators by a generator. The whole equipment is worked by analysers and comparators with amplifiers in an electrical control circuit including revolution counters.
