PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy solar battery panel imitating the appearance of a real solar battery panel including a color tone, semi-metallic gloss, and appearance of a condenser lens thereof. SOLUTION: This dummy solar battery panel P is formed by laminating a surface plate 10 formed of a transparent material, a decoration layer 20 with a pattern imitating the solar battery with the blue color tone group transparent coloring ink, and a metal thin film layer in order from the surface. The surface plate, the decoration layer and the metal thin film layer can be formed with an irregular pattern imitating the shape of the condenser lens and poly-crystal body glossy pattern. The decoration layer and the metal thin film layer can be formed in a base material sheet, or an adhesive agent layer can be interposed between the layers.
