Subsequently, when an inner ring 11 is rotated through gears 15, 16 by rotation of an oil pressure motor 17, an outer ring 12 is rotated synchronously, and the steel ball 25 is fitted into an oil hole P. In this state, when said rotation is executed to the original position again from the original position, the motor 17 stops, and a steel ball 40 incorporated in the intermediate diameter part 36b is energized by a spring 39 and pushes the steel ball 25 out of the oil hole P.
