PURPOSE:To make interference checkable in a three-dimensional manner, by describing partial three-dimensional forms of a tool and a machine tool on a picture tube face-plate according to a tool shifting route, while checking the interference with a work with a visual point variable input. CONSTITUTION:Three-dimensional form 15 information on a work by a CAD system and three-dimensional form information on a tool shifting route 16 machining NC data and so on are described on a cathode-ray tube 13 for color pattern displaying via a controller 11, and furthermore partial three-dimensional forms 17 of a tool and a machine tool are described according to the tool shifting route 16. And, with information 18 of a positional attitude, a connecting positional direction, etc., of the tool and the machine tool to the tool shifting route 16, the tool form 17 is described as well, and three-dimensional positional attitude relations of the work and the tool as well as the machine tool to be secularly varied by operation of a disc 12 are displayed on a simulator while operating the desired visual point variation. Thus, interference of the tool and the machine with the work is surely preventable from occurring. |
