<p>PURPOSE:To improve a boring speed, by a method wherein discharge capacity of boring chips is increased by boosting and accelerating a coolant to be fed into a bored hole by a spiral vane for propulsion. CONSTITUTION:When a coolant to be fed from a jacket 5 by rotary driving of a tool shank side 11 or a work side W through a driving device is sent out to a cutting edge part 4 through a delivery part 4 through a delivery opening 5D, a bore H and a gap A, a fluid propulsion action is generated by a rotating spiral vane 12, through which it becomes that the coolant boosted and accelerated by this propulsion is fed to a boring edge part side. Discharge capacity of boring chips, therefore, of the coolant is improved.</p> |
