PURPOSE:To conserve resources and energy while quickening a rise in case of reuse by setting up a means opening a hot-water extracting port in the natural circulation type solar-heat water heater into atmospheric air and extracting only water in a hot-water extracting pipe. CONSTITUTION:On normal use, on hot-water extraction, a pipe 5 is brought to the state in which it is pushed into the hot-water extracting pipe 4, and the nose opening 5a is conformed to the position of the hot-water extracting port 4a. On draining, the pipe 5 is pulled up up-ward by using a cord or through other some methods, the nose section is penetrated from an opening 2a, and the nose opening 5a is opened into atmospheric air. Only water in the hot-water extracting pipe 4 can be extracted through draining work, and water or hot water w in a hot-water storage tank 2 may not be discharged. Accordingly, the water heater is effective as countermeasures against resources conservation and energy conservation because unnecessary draining can be prevented while the water heater is operated only for a short rise time because water need not be supplied when the water heater is used again. |
