PURPOSE:To permit the automatic production of a cylinder type multi-blade fan having blade pieces in equal intervals by a method wherein the connecting parts are connected like as a chain substantially to make the curl forming therefor easy and efficient so that attaching of a ring frame and side plates as well as the rolling thereof may be effected surely. CONSTITUTION:Blade pieces 3 are arranged continuously by the continuous punching of a steel strip 1, the stepped part 6' of a connecting part 6 are utilized to make a rule by connecting abuttedly and duplicating the connecting parts 6'' neighboring to the stepped parts 6' and the blade pieces 3 with equal intervals by connecting the duplicated parts through knocking or spot welding. The abutted parts are shown by numerical signature 5. When the connecting work is finished sequentially, a pilot piece (not shown in the diagram) is cut and is bent upwordly to the direction vertical to the connecting part 6, is cut to form them into a cylinder under conveying when the number of the blade pieces 3 has arrived at the necessary number for one set of the fan, the bent parts are rolled by the peripheral rim of the side plate 11', having the ring frame 11 and a motor rotating shaft attaching boss 13 as shown in the diagram, after finishing the forming and constitute automatically the cylinder type multi-blade fan having the blade pieces 3 with equal intervals. |
