PURPOSE:To utilize a pressure difference to the propulsive engine as a thrust by a method wherein a device is constituted so that the pressure difference is generated in a glass sphere in the pressure of the gaseous body enclosed in the glass sphere, which is acting on the inner wall of the sphere, by the application of magnetic hydromechanics. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous body is sealed into the glass sphere 1 and an electric current is conducted through a quartz mercury lamp 8 to generate arc and radiate a plenty of ultraviolet rays having a short wave-length. The gaseous body in the glass sphere 1 causes photo-ionization and generates plasma. Next, when the switch of a motor 5 is put ON, blades 7 are rotated in a high speed and the plasma moves around a rotating shaft 6 as eddies. Upon this time, when the current is conducted through an electromagnet 3, a magnetic field is generated in the glass sphere, the gaseous particle is separated into positive ions and negative ions and the positive ions are curved upwardly by a Lawrence force but the electron is accelerated downwardly. Accordingly, the pressure difference is caused in up-and-down and the thrust may be withdrawn to the outside of the sphere. |
