PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize both article taking-out easiness and anti-theft performance. SOLUTION: When an article taking-out flap 2 is rotated forward, an article reception base 3 is elevated to nearby the lower edge of a taking-out opening 1a associatively with the forward rotating operation of the article taking-out flap 2 and also abuts against the front of an article carrying-out flap 5, and prevents the flap 5 from rotating forward. When no external force operates on the article taking-out flap 2, the article taking-out flap 2 is closed by its own weight and the article reception base 3 is moved down below the article carrying-out flap 5 associatively with the article taking-out flap 2 to allows the article carrying-out flap 5 to rotate forward.
