PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a liquid crystal display possible to use a general purpose printed board for liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The display has a liquid crystal panel on which a plurality of first terminals 30 is formed on one side of a board 10 and a printed board 60A on which a plurality of second terminals 70A, that are to be connected to the terminals 30, is formed and also a printed board side aligning mark 80 is formed. The board 10 is provided with first positioning marks 40 which are formed to correspond the mark 80 and are formed without an electrically conductive material and a second positioning mark 50 formed at a different location with respect to the marks 40. Note that the marks 40 are arranged so that no short circuiting occurs among the terminals 70.
