PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a lubricant of the two-liquid mixture type to fully perform its functions by enabling the lubricant to be injected appropriately under any circumstances, regardless of working and environmental conditions. SOLUTION: The main and auxiliary components of the lubricant of the two-liquid mixture type are supplied to near a lubricant filler port 80 through respective separate supply passages 40 and 56, are combined by a Y-pipe 60 or the like, then passed through a static mixer 70 and uniformly mixed. The mixed lubricant is injected between a leader 10 and/or a buried pipe 20 and a burial hole, that is, the ground E, from mixing piping 82 or the like through the lubricant filler port 80.
