PURPOSE:To make it possible to replace and store a tool quickly and readily, by providing an apparatus for arranging and storing a tool at a position on a circle, and an extracting plate for extracting a tool onto a tool. CONSTITUTION:When it is required to replace a used tool, a chuck (B) having a drill (C) mounted thereto is lowered over any one of receiving cylinders 10 of a drill detaching and storing section (A). The drill (C) is passed through a semicircular groove 19 of the extracting plate 17 to be fitted into the receiving cylinder 10. Since a stepped section 29 of a lifting cylinder 18 fitted in the semicircular groove 19 is anchored with the extracting plate 17, only an attaching cylinder 22 of the chuck (B) presses a compression spring and the drill (C) is dismounted from the chuck (B). When it is required to mount a stored drill (C) to the chuck (B), the chuck (B) positioned over the drill (C) is lowered. The indexing of the receiving cylinder 10 is effected by driving a driving apparatus 9. |
