PURPOSE:To suitably control a fuel injection quantity, by providing an electromagnetic valve as an injection quantity adjusting valve on the midway to a high pressure side inflow port connected with a plunger pump of fuel injection pump, and by causing the electromagnetic valve to open and close in response to the operating conditions. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic valve 31 is provided on the midway to a high pressure side inflow port 5 connected with a plunger pump 7 and a stop valve 35 is provided between a group 34 of the plunger pump 7 and the electromagnetic valve 31. A valve body 32 of the electromagnetic valve 31 is attached to a housing 4 and controlled by a pulse signal outputtd from a control circuit 33. The control circuit 33 is adapted to drive and control the electromagnetic valve 31 in response to the signals outputted from a rotation sensor 37, a acceleration sensor 38, a water temperature sensor 39, a crank sensor 40 and the like. |
