PURPOSE: Provided is a method for securing the billing information during a series of data transactions between a bacon control unit of electronic toll collector and a device mounted on a car. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) transmitting information requiring session formation for collecting fee, to a driving car on road; (ii) receiving information about scrambled car information and entry-related information from an on-board unit; and (iii) checking validity of the received information and decoding the information. The method also comprises the steps of (a) receiving information about smart card mounted on a driving car on road, and information about office near entry, through which the car passes from an on-board unit, and encoding the information comprising payment handwriting value requiring electronic collection of electronic fee based on the received information, and transmitting the encoded information; (b) receiving the payment confirmation from the smart card received the information comprising the payment handwriting value; and (c) checking the payment of the toll based on the received payment confirmation by the smart card. |
