PURPOSE: An opening device of a sealed container is provided to simplify an installation work of the opening device and to minimize a defective proportion caused during an opening manipulation thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the opening device of a sealed container consisting of a circular cover(20) formed with an incision groove and a pull loop(30) for cutting the incision groove, the cover is formed with a fixing groove(23) in adjacent to the incision groove, and an anti-movement groove(22). The pull loop is formed with a fixing protrusion(33) corresponding to the fixing groove and an anti-movement protrusion(32) corresponding to the anti-movement groove. The contact surfaces of the pull loop and the cover are bonded by using an electric welding method.
