PURPOSE: A system for multi-downloading to DSPs(Digital Signal Processors) from a base station controller in a mobile system is provided so that the CPU of a base station controller can download programs to many DSPs at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A system for multi-downloading to DSPs from a base station controller in a mobile system consists of a CPU(100), a multi-downloading control part(200), a buffer(300), and a digital signal processing part(400). The CPU(100) generates an address signal and a control signal for multi-downloading, and outputs data to download. The multi-downloading control part(200) combines the address signal and the control signal, creates a chip selection signal, a multi-downloading control signal, an input data strobe signal and a buffer enable signal, and controls multi-downloading. The buffer(300) buffers the data outputted from the CPU(100) according to the buffer enable signal outputted from the multi-downloading control part(200) and transfers the data to a plurality of DSPs. The digital signal processing part(400) comprises a plurality of DSPs that store the data outputted from the buffer in their internal memories at the same time according to the chip selection signal, the multi-downloading control signal and the input data strobe signal.
