PURPOSE:To prevent a false decision to be a starter signal at the time of pushing by manpower by deciding a starter operation signal to be faulty when this signal is not detected although an engine rotates for more than a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:Whether a vehicle speed is 0Km/h or not is checked in a chart 10. When the vehicle speed is other than 0Km/h, a transfer is made to a chart 20, and it is stored that the vehicle speed not equal to 0 is detected. When the vehicle speed is 0Km/h in the chart 10, a transfer is made to a chart 30, and an advance is made to a chart 40 when the vehicle speed has been 0Km/h continuously. An advance is made to an exit 100 when a start has not yet been made, and when the start is confirmed, a transfer is made to a chart 50. When a starter operation signal has not yet been detected there, a transfer is made to a chart 60. When a prescribed time has not yet pass, on the occasion, a clock is set forward in a chart 70 of a flow chart and a transfer is made to the exit 100. Accordingly, a false operation that the starter operation signal is faulty can be prevented, since the engine is operated at the vehicle speed of 0Km/h. |
