PURPOSE:To obtain a film excellent in smoothness, welded strength of a welded surface by sticking a shock absorbing layer having an adhesive layer at the back of the overlapped part of films before performing ultrasonic welding by means of a plane form on a corrugated lower supporter. CONSTITUTION:To take an example, thermally weldable films 2 overlaped each other, a shock absorbing layer 4 having an adhesive layer is stuck at the back of said overlapped part and then ultrasonic welding is performed by a plane horn 1 on the lower supporter 3. In addition, the thickness of the shock absorbing layer 4 is preferred to be 100-200% as much as that of the film 2, and the height of the corrugation on the lower supporter 3 is preferred to be 20-60% as much as that of the overlapped part of the films 2. USE:Belt-like recording medium in the transfer type such as an electronic photographic recording substance etc. |
