PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost and execute assembly simply and positively from viewpoints of workability and the consumption of materials by forming a projecting section by cutting and erection through press work by using a thin plate such as a steel plate as a turbulence promoter. CONSTITUTION:In assembly work, cut and erected end surfaces 7 are not hooked when the thin plates are inserted from the direction of the side reverse to the cut and erected end surfaces 7 as shown in broken lines when the plates are inserted into paths 3 on the low temperature side because the angles of cutting and erection theta of projections 6A in the projecting sections 6 are made acute angles, and the plates can be inserted easily into the paths 3 on the low temperature side in consideration of the shape of the tabular bodies. Since the turbulence promoters 5 are manufactured by using the thin plates and the projections 6A of the projecting sections 6 are arranged so that the surfaces and the backs are alternated, the promoters can be pressed in unforcedly by resilient action among L of mutual projections 6A and the constitution of a resin material for said paths even when the total height size H of the surface and the back is brought to the relationship of press-in size made slightly larger than the width size B of the short side of the path 3 on the low temperature side while the promoters can be fixed positively without backlashes. |
