CONSTITUTION:The periderm of citrus fruit such as mandarin, lemon, etc. having good aroma is dried until it can be crushed (such a drying degree as to be easily crushed when it is clutched), and it is crushed by a crusher until it has no unpleasant feeling when it is brought into contact with the skin, to give the desired bathing agent.
