PURPOSE:To obtain a titled machine which is small-sized, inexpensive, is capable of easily adjusting a load of each caulking spindle, and small in its operating sound, by connecting one end of each caulking spindle which is placed in parallel and can be moved freely in the axial direction, to each lever driven separately by plural fluid pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A slider 7 having a work receiving jig 6 is moved in parallel along a guide spindle 16 by a fluid pressure cylinder 5 on a base 4. On the other hand, a supporting base 12 for supporting plural levers 3 is stuck to the circumference of each caulking spindle 3 on a rack base 9. As for the levers 3, the lowr face of one end contacts the upper end of each spindle 1 through a steel ball 13, respectively, and the other end contacts the tip of each piston rod 14 of plural fluid pressure cylinders 2 through a steel ball 15, respectively. Therefore, when the rod 14 is moved upward, the lever 3 increases its force in accordance with its ratio, lowers the spindle 1, and caulks a necesary part of a work set to the jig 6. |
