PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of an armature coil winding machine by providing a plate which receives terminal wiring chip on the surface of a base of the machine, concentrating the chips to a window or a hole and introducing the chip to a duct, thereby preventing the chips from being scattered. CONSTITUTION:A window 23 is formed at the base 13 of a winding machine. A guide plate 16 which guides terminal wiring chips 12 to the window 23 is connected to the base 13 through a bearing 17 and a pin 18, an air cylinder 20 is mounted on the plate 16 through a joint 19, supported by the base 13, and coupled by the pin 21. Further, an exhaust duct 22 is mounted at the chip exhausting window 23 of the base 13. A chip containing box 24 is disposed at the end of the duct 22. An oblique angle is provided at the plate 16 periodically by the operation of the cylinder 20, the chips 12 are concentrated to the window 23, and exhausted from the duct 22 into the box 24. |
