An inducer fan assembly for use in a multi-poise furnace that includes an inducer housing having a fan opening in one wall through which the inducer f an can be inserted into the housings. The fan opening is closed in assembly by a cover. The motor is secured to a support plate having three circumferentially space d tabs thereon that are bent outwardly at an angle of about 45.degree. from the pla ne of the plate. Resilient vibration isolators are mounted in each tab and are arranged to ac t against receiving brackets mounted on the cover to dampen vibration produced by the motor.
