PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving and compact cyclone dust collecting device having convenient opening/closing structure to facilitate cleaning and control of a dust collecting chamber and usable in place of a dust bag in an existing vacuum cleaner using the dust bag. SOLUTION: This cyclone dust collecting device comprises an upper case formed with an intake port; a lower case connected to the upper case to form a cyclone chamber; a guide member placed between the upper case and the lower case and formed with a first passage for swirling outside air including dust and flowing into the intake port, and a second passage for exhausting purified air; and a filter assembly mounted between the guide member and the lower case to eliminate dirt, dust, and the like from the sucked outside air.
