PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-automatic rotary quoits stand toy with which children can play quoits by throwing a quoit to a rotary quoits stand which runs and rotates in a complicated manner while playing a melody by means of a control sensor and an audio sensor on a flat surface and within a stopper ring when a switch is turned on. SOLUTION: The toy is configured to run on a flat floor surface when an electro-automatic rotary quoits stand 1 is set inside a stopper ring 2 and a speed change and audio power source switch 4 is turned on, to change its direction by means of the control sensor when the stand touches the stopper ring 2, and to irregularly run. Further, the toy can also play music or nursery songs by means of the audio sensor, the children can enjoy playing quoits by taking quoits 3 in their hands and throwing the quoits into the rotary quoits stand, and the electro-automatic rotary quoits stand 1, the stopper ring 2 and the quoits 3 are integrated.
