PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of airtight sealing by making the upper surface of a metallic flange and the lower end surface of the head of a lead pin in approximately the same plane. CONSTITUTION:The lower end surface of the long head 5 of the lead pin is sunk slightly from the upper surface of the metallic flange 1 and set. According to the constitution, there is an upper edge on the side surface of the head 5 and the upper surface of the head is not covered even when the quantity of glass of a bushing 2 increases, the upper surface of the bushing 2 is made the same height as the upper surface of the flange 1 and clearances are not generated between the head 5 and the bushing 2 even when the quantity of glass is little, there is no trouble in the joining of a lead wire 6, and airtight sealing of high reliability is enabled. |
