PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of suppressing the influence of respiration or the like by simple constitution and obtaining accurate three-dimensional images. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic diagnostic device 1 of this invention, the controller 14 of an ultrasonic observation part 1A associates position direction data from a position detection part 3 with images fetched at the time and records them in an image memory 15 simultaneously. Thereafter, an area where three-dimensional display is desired is set to fetched data, position data corresponding to the set range are read from the image memory 15, and an image processing circuit 8 is controlled so as to perform a data smoothing processing by polynomial approximation in the respective directions of X, Y and Z axes in a data range limited to a required part for the read position data. Then, on the basis of the position direction data obtained by the correction, a processing is conducted to image data read corresponding to them from the image memory 15 and the three-dimensional images are obtained.
