PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting and sealing accuracies by fixing the mounting of a lid packing to be mounted to the outside periphery of an inner lid by a part of the inner lid and preventing other members from interfering in the fixing in a rice cooker not having a so-called lid ring. SOLUTION: A mounting portion 36 overhanging in the form of a collar is formed in the rising portion of the outer periphery of an inner lid 2b, a caulking portion 37 is provided in the upper portion of the mounting portion 36, a fitting groove 39 provided in the inside periphery of the base 38 of the lid packing 9 is fitted into the mounting portion 36, and the base 38 of the upper portion of the fitting groove 39 is caulked by the caulking portion 37.
