PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and accuracy, by introducing an output of an image sensor to a low-pass filter, a high-pass filter and a waveform shaping circuit and fetching out necessary temperature, width, flaw detecting signal at each point of a body to be measured by a controlling circuit. CONSTITUTION:Radiation energy from a body 1 to be measured such as a traveling steel plate is condensed by a condenser lens 2 and is projected to an image sensor 3 and also, an output of the sensor 3 is applied successively as a video signal to a low-pass filter 5, a high-pass filter 6 and a waveform shaping circuit 7 through an amplifier 5. Further, these output signals e1-e3 are applied to a controlling circuit 8 such as a microcomputer and various kinds of signals 9 are fetched, e.g. a temperature signal from the output e1, a flaw detecting signal from the output e2 and a width value signal from the output e3 and at the same time, a scanning signal is applied to the sensor 3. Hereby, the resolution only a portion of the number of the element of the sensor 3 is obtained. |
