The anchoring unit comprises a tubular casing (3) with a fixture (6), the casing external dia. being less than but very close to a drill hole dia. so that the casing locates closely against the drill hole wall along its periphery when inserted. The casing (3) is filled with a material (8) which through chemical reaction successively expands. It is closed after the expanding material is placed within it. USE - For fixture of an anchoring unit in a quarrying or mining drill hole.(2) |
